I think there is a discrepancy as to how the article presents the data and how I presented it.  One important distinction here is that the table where this data came from was not created using technology company alerts. Instead, we used a logistic regression model applying the same methodology to data from each technology.  As it is listed, it makes it looks like one technology is better than another for sensitivity and specificity.  A prospective buyer might interpret this in a way that would encourage them to buy or not buy a particular technology.  When I presented the data, I indicated that this shouldn’t be interpreted as a comparison of technologies.  Rather, it is a demonstration that sensitivity and specificity can vary between technologies.
